Irena is a highly qualified Food Engineer, that holds two degrees in the field of food. She has a bachelor's degree in Food Science (Food Technology) from Tel Hai College, and an additional bachelor's degree from the prestigious Technion Institute of Technology, in Biotechnology and Food.
She has a proven track record of success in leading and promoting food projects from ideation to the final stage before market launch.
What sets Irena apart is her passion for addressing the needs of the Food Industry. She is constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to apply her knowledge and skills to solve industry challenges.
Co-founder & CTO
Tomer is a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in cutting-edge technologies. With over 15 years of experience in leading technology projects, he has developed a strong expertise in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
He holds an engineering degree from the renowned Technion Institute of Technology, where he also minored in Entrepreneurship.
Before CreamCol, Tomer has also founded and led another startup, giving him a unique perspective on innovation and entrepreneurship.
Head of marketing
Having worked for some of the largest companies in the Israeli retail market, including Coca-Cola and Tnuva, Zohar brings nearly 10 years of marketing experience to her role as head of CreamCol's marketing department. Her expertise in retail marketing, digital marketing, and brand management has been instrumental in the development of CreamCol's D2C project, "Dizzy-Dose" - a line of packaged alcoholic creams that can be conveniently delivered directly to customers' homes. The product is expected to be launched soon in Israel.
