Co-founder & CEO

Irena is a highly qualified Food Engineer, that holds two degrees in the field of food. She has a bachelor's degree in Food Science (Food Technology) from Tel Hai College, and an additional bachelor's degree from the prestigious Technion Institute of Technology, in Biotechnology and Food.

She has a proven track record of success in leading and promoting food projects from ideation to the final stage before market launch.

What sets Irena apart is her passion for addressing the needs of the Food Industry. She is constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to apply her knowledge and skills to solve industry challenges.

Co-founder & CTO

Tomer is a highly experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in cutting-edge technologies. With over 15 years of experience in leading technology projects, he has developed a strong expertise in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

He holds an engineering degree from the renowned Technion Institute of Technology, where he also minored in Entrepreneurship.

Before CreamCol, Tomer has also founded and led another startup, giving him a unique perspective on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Office Manager

Sapir bring a unique combination of skills and experience in various areas of life that make her successful multitasking person. 
Sapir graduate of the Unistream Association, in which she received skills in business and social entrepreneurship. In this program, she internshiped in market research, strategic marketing planning, fundraising, and collaborative teamwork. 

In addional two-year tenure in the military as a manager office demonstrated her ability to thrive under pressure, to do multitasking, provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of precision and focus. 

Technology advisor & investor

Saul Koder has over 37 years of extensive experience in the food and biotechnology industry, holding senior positions as a CEO, VP R&D, VP Q&A, Director, and shareholder. He specializes in microencapsulation technologies, functional foods, dietary supplements, business development, and scaling up from lab to full production. Saul holds an MSC in Industrial Microbiology and an EMBA.

An experienced entrepreneur and CEO in the industry, with over 20 years of management in a variety of complex organizations. Eran was the CEO of the first light rail in Israel for 9 years. Serves as a member of the board of directors in several companies and ventures. Has a master's degree in business administration and a B.Sc in industry and management, both from Ben Gurion University.
